1. Who these terms are with
SideCash.ai is a product of Santushti Infotech Private Limited (“SideCash.ai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, verifying your email and using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account. In these terms “you” means the individual contributor who registers.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident to create a contributor account. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the details you provide (name, date of birth, WhatsApp number, email, city, state and the rest of your profile) are true and your own.
One person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Accounts created with a false identity, a fake date of birth, or someone else's details will be suspended.
3. The nature of this work
This is video annotation work: you watch short video clips, write clear captions describing what happens, slice videos into their moments, add accurate labels where a task asks for them, and submit your work for review. It is online work you do from your own laptop or desktop.
You are an independent contributor, not an employee of SideCash.ai. This is not a job, a salary, or guaranteed work. There is no employer-employee relationship, no fixed working hours imposed by us, and no entitlement to employment benefits. You choose when to work within the availability you commit to, and you may stop at any time.
4. Payment for approved work
You are paid only for work that is completed, reviewed and approved. Submitting a task is not enough on its own: it must meet the quality standards for the task before it becomes payable. Rates are shown to you before you begin, and any estimated monthly figures we show are illustrative, based on assumptions about hours and approval, and are not guaranteed.
Approved work is recorded in your payout ledger and paid on a monthly cycle by bank transfer to the bank account you provide, subject to a minimum payout of ₹500. You must provide accurate identity and bank details to be paid. Any statutory deductions that apply (for example tax deducted at source) are shown in your ledger. If a payout is held, the reason and the next step are shown to you.
By registering you confirm that you have read and understood how payment works: that pay is for approved work only, that hours and earnings are not guaranteed, and that no deposit or joining fee is required for basic participation. We will never ask you to pay money to receive work or to receive your earnings.
5. Confidentiality: you must not leak project data
Everything you see and touch while working is confidential and belongs to SideCash.ai or its clients. This includes the videos and clips you work on, the captions, labels and data you produce, the task instructions and guidelines, and any method, tool or information you learn through the platform.
You must not copy, download, screenshot, screen-record, re-upload, share, sell, publish, or show this material to anyone, or use it for any purpose other than completing your assigned task. You must not discuss the specific contents of the videos or client projects outside the platform. This duty of confidentiality continues even after your account is closed.
Leaking, sharing or misusing project data is a serious breach. It can result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of unapproved amounts, and legal action for any loss caused, in addition to any liability under applicable law.
6. Ownership of your work
The video content you work on is provided by SideCash.ai or its clients and always remains theirs; you gain no rights to it. When your work is approved, the captions, labels, slices and other work product you create are assigned to SideCash.ai and, where applicable, its client. Platform content, training materials and software remain the property of SideCash.ai.
7. Quality, review and retraining
All submissions are reviewed against the task instructions. Reviewers may approve your work, ask you to correct it, or reject it with reasons. Repeated low-quality work may pause your assignments until you complete retraining. Deliberately low-effort, random or fraudulent submissions are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of unapproved amounts, subject to the dispute process below.
8. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- Create more than one account, or register with false or someone else's identity.
- Copy, share, sell, publish or leak any project video, data, caption, label or instruction.
- Use bots, scripts or automation to complete tasks unless a task explicitly allows it.
- Try to access data, accounts or areas of the platform beyond your own role.
- Attempt to defraud the quality or payout system in any way.
- Harass or abuse staff, reviewers or other contributors.
9. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and the reason is recorded. You may close your account at any time. When your account closes, any approved and unpaid balance above the minimum payout is paid in the normal cycle, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Your confidentiality obligations continue after closure.
10. No guarantee of work or income
We do not guarantee that work will always be available, that any submission will be approved, or that you will earn any particular amount. Task availability depends on client projects and can change. Nothing on the platform or in our marketing is a promise of employment or of a fixed income.
11. Liability
We provide the platform on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, SideCash.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of approved, unpaid earnings owed to you at the time of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Disputes, grievances and governing law
Work disputes, such as a rejected submission, follow the dispute process inside the platform. Formal grievances follow the route on our Grievance page. If a matter is not resolved, you may pursue it through the appropriate authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under law to approach a consumer or other forum.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the platform and by email at least 15 days before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them. Questions: support@sidecash.ai.
