Cookie Policy

How SideCash.ai, a product of Santushti Infotech Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated: 23 July 2026.

1. The three kinds of cookies we use

Cookies and similar technologies fall into three groups on our website. Only the first is always on; the other two run only if you allow them.

  • Essential: a secure, httpOnly session cookie that keeps you logged in on the dashboard. It is set when you log in and cannot be turned off without breaking login. It needs no consent because the service cannot work without it.
  • Analytics: our public website sidecash.ai uses Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to count visitors and understand where they come from and which pages they view. This measures traffic in aggregate and runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Advertising and measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our advertising performs. These set cookies and share limited event data with Meta so we can see which ads lead to sign-ups and reach similar audiences. They run only after you accept advertising cookies.

2. Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand how many people visit sidecash.ai and from which regions, so we can improve the site. It is provided by Google, which processes this data as our service provider. The reports are visible only to us, not to the public.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google's official browser add-on, in addition to declining analytics cookies here.

3. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

When you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel (a small script from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) and the Meta Conversions API (which sends the same kind of event from our server) to measure the results of our advertising.

What this measures: which of our ads you saw or clicked, that you visited the site, and that you started or completed a sign-up. This is called conversion measurement and campaign attribution: it tells us which campaigns actually bring people in, so we do not waste money on ads that do not work, and it lets Meta show our ads to people similar to those who join.

What is shared with Meta: technical event data such as the page visited, a timestamp, your approximate location from your network, and device and browser information. Where enabled, a limited set of contact identifiers you provide (such as your email or phone number) is hashed (turned into an irreversible code) before being sent, so Meta can match the event without receiving your details in readable form. We never send Meta your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, passwords or the content of your work.

Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own data policy. If you decline advertising cookies, the Pixel does not load and no advertising events are sent to Meta.

4. Your choice, and changing your mind

The first time you visit sidecash.ai you are asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can manage analytics and advertising separately. Essential cookies are always on because login cannot work without them; declining the others never stops you using the site or signing up.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer of the website, which reopens the same controls. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and advertising cookies; it does not undo measurement that already happened.

5. What we do not do

We use advertising cookies only to measure and improve our own advertising, never to sell your personal data. Sensitive information such as your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or the content of your work is never placed in cookies or shared with advertising tools.
